The key to making this an outstanding conference is your participation! We would like to have you share with others how you are using Maximo - it doesn’t matter what version you’re on - someone else out there is working on that version and wants to improve their process. All papers submitted will be considered by the executive steering committee; please follow the guidelines shown below to submit your abstract. Abstracts must be submitted by Feb. 10, 2012 to be considered. Submit all papers to eahillery@purdue.edu. Please plan on allowing 45 minutes for your presentation with an additional 15 minutes for questions.
Guidelines for Paper Submissions
- The entire abstract paper must not exceed 250 words (excluding author’s name and company). Please structure your paper as follows:
- The title of the paper should be in bold font.
- The title should be as concise and short as possible.
- Don’t use capitals, codes or acronyms, unless necessary.
- List the name of your company, and all authors with the name of the presenting author in bold font.
- Your submission must include a summary of the presentation content.
- The paper must be delivered by a FMMUG Maximo “customer” not a vendor. Vendors may help by coauthoring a paper.
