Mission
The mission of the Facilities Management Maximo User Group (FMMUG) is to provide a forum for Maximo users in the facilities management industry to exchange information, methods and experiences. This exchange of information is designed to optimize the use of Maximo's capabilities.
Objectives
Provide information directly from IBM on technology, usage and developments.
Provide user experiences concerning the application of Maximo, development of databases and use of modules for implementing work and resource management programs.
Provide a Maximo support network to exchange information and knowledge with other users.
RANDY OAKES - Chairperson
Randy is the Information Manager at General Dynamics and has been with the company for 12 years.
He has been using Maximo for 10 years and is currently using Maximo 6.2.
Randy is responsible for all data bases and has been able to link information allowing for a better flow across
the Facilities Department.

LOURDES SALVAT-LEE - Vice Chairperson
Lourdes is the Senior Manager of Engineering for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and has been with the company for 12 years. She is responsible for all aspects of both the maintenance and systems side managing teams of preventative maintenance and response technicians. Maximo 6.2 is the version that is currently being utilized for work order management.
Type of Industry: Destination Marketing and Convention Center.

MELANIE BLEA - Scribe
Melanie is a Facilities Analyst in the Maintenance Operations Department of The Boeing Company in Mesa, Arizona.
Type of industry: Boeing is the world's leading aerospace company and the largest combined manufacturer of commercial and military aircraft. Boeing Mesa has been using Maximo 5.2 for two years. Boeing Mesa transitioned to Maximo to align with the other sites that were already using Maximo. The Boeing Company plans to migrate to MXES in the Fall 2007.

Randy is a Facilities Specialist/Assistant Maximo System Administrator for Sempra Energy Utilities.
Type of industry: Utilities. Sempra Energy Utilities has been using Maximo for 15 years, currently on version 5.1. SEU is in the process of moving to MXES. Randy has been a Maximo user for 7 years.

BAMBI HESHER
Bambi is a Business Technology Integrator for Arizona Public Service. She has been with APS in the Facilities Department working with Maximo since 2005. Bambi is responsible for supporting all department users, maintaining data and for developing, coordinating and facilitating Maximo training for her department.
Type of industry: Utilities. The Real Estate and Facilities Maintenance department of Arizona Public Service (APS) has been using Maximo since 1996. They are currently on the 6.2.1 version of Maximo.
